		<description>I think you&#039;re absolutely right when you say it&#039;s only getting worse. 
Without strengthening borders any debate or legislation on legal immigration is a waste of time.
Whilst it&#039;s impossible to make borders impervious the government could be doing a lot more to address the problem.</description>
